AMH Technologies Sdn Bhd was established in March 2000 by a group of engineers from the powder process and packaging industries, and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The company grew from a 1,500 square meter facility in 2008 to its current 6,000 square meter built-up facility, occupied since August 2018, with a workforce of 38 people, of whom about 70 percent are engineers. AMH covers the full project cycle for bulk solids and powder handling, including design, manufacturing, installation, start-up, and after-sales support, for both individual equipment and complete turnkey systems. Its technology range spans storage silos and hoppers, mixing and processing, grinding and milling, sieving and fluid bed drying, pneumatic conveying (lean phase blowing and vacuum, dense phase pressure and vacuum, and closed-loop conveying with nitrogen or CO2 gassing), dosing, weighing and batching, dust control, product infeed, packaging including automatic form-fill-seal lines, and process automation and control. AMH is a member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) and states that it applies hygienic engineering and design practices across its system integrations. The company describes its customer base as spanning food (including dairy such as milk powder), pharmaceutical, chemical, and mineral processing, with sales reach extending across the Asia Pacific region through a regional office, AMH Thailand, established in March 2012.
