Its main product line, AirSweep, uses short pulses of compressed air released through vessel-wall units to dislodge stagnant, bridged, or ratholed powder and bulk solid material inside hoppers, silos, and process equipment, restoring first-in/first-out flow without moving mechanical parts inside the vessel. The AirSweep line includes CIP (clean-in-place) and USDA-accepted sanitary variants for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical use. The company also makes DAZIC zero-speed switches, which monitor rotating shafts to detect material pile-up or belt slippage, and AcoustiClean sonic horns, which use low-frequency sound to loosen caked or built-up material from vessel walls and bag filters. Control Concepts states its equipment is used in agriculture, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, mining and metals, and paper and pulp processing.
