Frigmaires Engineers is a plant engineering and equipment manufacturing company based in Mumbai, India, with a manufacturing unit in Khopoli, Maharashtra. The company designs and builds dry mix mortar and wall putty plants for products such as tile adhesives, plasters, block-laying mortars, grouts, repair mortars, and waterproofing mortars. Its horizontal plants run at 5-20 MT/hour and its vertical, gravity-fed tower plants run at 20-100 MT/hour, alongside smaller semi-automatic batch plants for market testing. The plants combine equipment relevant to powder and bulk solids handling: multiple storage silos and hoppers, plough or twin-shaft mixers, screw and dense-phase conveyors, bucket elevators, loss-in-weight and vibratory feeders with load cells, PLC-controlled dust collection, and open-mouth or spout bag packing lines rated up to several hundred bags per hour.
