Jansen&Heuning, based in Groningen, the Netherlands, has designed and built equipment for the intake, storage, and transshipment of bulk solids since 1901. The company's product range covers screw conveyors, chain conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, dust-free loading bellows, big bag (FIBC) filling and discharge stations, and dust filtering installations. Its equipment serves both agricultural applications, such as potato, onion, and grain handling, and industrial bulk materials including food products, peat, recycling streams, sand, gravel, and concrete. Jansen&Heuning states that engineering, production, and assembly are carried out in-house, and that it uses a proprietary calculation program to size conveying equipment for customer projects. In 2011 the company acquired Meijer Holland, adding bale grabs and bale collectors to its agricultural product line.
