Kuriyama of America, Inc. is an industrial hose manufacturer and distributor headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, that has served the North American market since 1968. The company operates as part of Kuriyama Holdings Corporation and markets its products through several group companies and brands, including Alfagomma, Kuri Tec, Tigerflex, Hose Tec, and Piranha Hose Products, supported by six distribution centers. Within its broad industrial hose portfolio, several product lines address dry bulk and powder handling. The Hose Tec HT5000 series of interlocked metal hose is offered for dry bulk transfer by railcar, truck, and in-plant, as well as for grain handling and plastic pellet transfer. The Alfagomma-branded T760LE is an FDA-grade rubber hose built for the discharge of dry bulk food products, rated for 75 psi with a static wire in its reinforcement. The VLT-SD series is a polyurethane, fabric-reinforced hose with an embedded grounding wire for static dissipation, marketed for bulk truck and railcar unloading, pneumatic conveying, and food-grade abrasive material handling.
