Martin Engineering

Martin Engineering was founded in 1944 in Neponset, Illinois, where founder Edwin F. Peterson invented the Vibrolator industrial vibrator, patented in 1949 to help clear blocked material flow. The company has since grown into a supplier of conveyor belt cleaning and sealing systems, transfer point solutions, air cannons, industrial vibrators, dust management equipment, and railcar unloading equipment for bulk material handling. Its Neponset world headquarters spans more than 152,000 square feet and is certified to ISO 9001. Martin Engineering operates wholly-owned business units in 19 countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, Brazil, Mexico, China, India, and South Africa, and serves industries such as mining, aggregates, cement production, coal-fired power, food processing, ports and transportation, biomass, pulp and paper, and steel.
