Ruwac documents process-integrated continuous dust extraction and industrial vacuum products. That material is first-party evidence of the portfolio: it shows what Ruwac presents, while suitability for a specific duty still has to be verified.

What distinguishes the documented portfolio

Reviewed products include DS3, DS6 and R13 configurations with filtration and application-dependent ATEX options. The evidence covers both process-integrated collectors such as the DS-series concepts and industrial vacuum configurations such as the R03 R. Production extraction and mobile or customized collection are different duties and deserve separate assessment.

Process-integrated extraction and continuous dust collection

A comparison needs a written process duty, measurable acceptance criteria and explicit upstream and downstream interfaces. The extraction network itself must coordinate capture point, air volume, dust loading, filtration, discharge and the applicable fire or explosion protection concept.

Industrial vacuum systems

The same network questions apply, from capture and airflow through filtration, discharge and explosion protection, but for a mobile or customized cleaning duty rather than a fixed production line.

Where a buyer should begin

First separate production-line extraction from mobile cleaning, then verify dust characteristics, airflow, filtration, discharge and zone requirements. An inquiry that names the material, operating state, target rate, upstream feed condition, downstream acceptance condition and physical envelope gives Ruwac enough context to tell a catalog match from an engineered configuration.

Interfaces that deserve explicit ownership

A collector needs coordinated duct and discharge interfaces, and the boundary drawing should also assign supports, access, connecting equipment, instruments, controls, utilities and commissioning. Recording those responsibilities early prevents a component-level selection from leaving a system-level gap.

Operation and maintainability

Review inspection, cleaning, isolation, wear-part access and restart as the operator will actually perform them. A maintenance claim counts only against the real dust, duty cycle and environment. Ask how declining performance shows up, which tasks open the process boundary, and what evidence commissioning captures.

Evidence to request before selection

Useful evidence is configuration-specific: capacity, accuracy, pressure drop, emissions, cleanability, product condition or service interval against the acceptance criteria for the duty. A representative material trial can beat a nominal range when cohesion, abrasion, moisture or fragility drive the design; a reference from a different material or hygiene regime is context, not proof of equivalent performance.
