LaborSave

LaborSave is a brand of Ayal Robotics & Engineering Ltd., a company based in Karmiel, Israel, that designs and manufactures automatic bag opening and emptying machines for bulk materials such as pellets and powders. According to the company's own website, the LaborSave system was introduced in 2006 and removes sacks from a pallet, cuts them open with mechanical claspers and cutting blades, and discharges the contents into a feed hopper, reaching an emptying rate the company states as more than 99.99 percent. The product line includes several models -- HC-L, HC, G2, VHC, MP and MS+ -- with rated throughput ranging from 400 to 1,300 sacks per hour, or roughly 10 to 32.5 tons per hour depending on the model. LaborSave lists compliance with CE, UL, TUV and GOST safety marks and states its systems meet GMP requirements, and it names two patents (No. 1838582 and No. 164709) covering the sack-opening mechanism. An optional suction unit is offered for dust control when handling fine or sensitive powders. The company reports close to 2,000 installations worldwide and lists customers across the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and logistics industries, alongside regional offices including one in Simmerath, Germany, serving the European market.
