Teclion – Bulk Material Handling Components

The video introduces Hefei Teclion Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., a modern engineering company founded in 2019. Teclion designs and manufactures bulk material conveying components — rotary valves, diverter valves, gate valves, and special components such as dispersers and feeders. The company operates on a 12 000 m² campus, with 8 000 m² dedicated to production and assembly.

In-house design, machining, and assembly give Teclion control over quality and allow quick customization.

Rotary Valves

Teclion offers series for powders and granules in dilute- or dense-phase pneumatic conveying. The RDL/RDW/RDM/RDC/RDB/RDP/RDS/RDWS models come in stainless or carbon steel, some in explosion-proof and sanitary versions. Granular material valves (RGM/RGH/RGT) handle pellets, grains, and abrasive materials.

Diverter Valves

Diverter valves direct flow between branches. Teclion’s DK/DT/DV/DBK/DP/DM/DW/DDV models suit powders and grains, with explosion-proof and multi-channel versions.

Gate Valves

The GWL-GWH series includes manual, pneumatic, and flange options. These valves seal and isolate flows in ducts and hoppers.

Special Components

Teclion also supplies feeders, Venturi ejectors, and dense-phase conveying equipment that integrate into turnkey pneumatic systems.

What You’ll See in the Video
