REMBE®: Authorized Servicepartner
What this video shows
REMBE®'s Authorized Partner Program certifies on-site service partners as experienced contacts for pressure relief. In seminars, participants are trained on rupture disc types, application limits and signaling options, and burst tests on the REMBE® test bench show how carefully these components must be handled.
What the footage shows
Process challenge
Safety equipment and components are becoming increasingly complex for operators of process plants in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Selecting the right REMBE® high-performance rupture disc — and having it inspected and replaced correctly during maintenance — is correspondingly important.
Demonstrated solution
REMBE®'s Authorized Partner Program trains service and maintenance companies in seminars covering rupture disc types, application limits, signaling and connections, with assembly, dismantling and burst tests on the REMBE® test bench.

About this video
REMBE® positions its certified service partners as the on-site contact for pressure relief questions, wherever the operator is located.
Safety equipment and components are becoming increasingly complex for operators of process plants in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Selecting the right REMBE® high-performance rupture disc matters accordingly.
To achieve a long service life, the rupture disc must always suit the related process. Leak-tightness requirements and acceptable leakage rates are also gaining weight for operators as emission restrictions tighten.
During maintenance intervals that operators set individually, process safety rupture discs are dismantled, inspected and, if necessary, replaced by service and maintenance companies. To enable these companies to carry out that work, REMBE® developed the REMBE® Authorized Partner Program and tailored it to these industries.
In a series of seminars, REMBE® trains participants to handle safety equipment accurately in day-to-day work. The basic seminar covers rupture discs and their types, application limits and special challenges, as well as signaling options and the various connections.
Assembly and dismantling exercises, together with burst tests on the REMBE® test bench, show participants how complex the topic of rupture discs is and how sensitively these components should be handled.
