REMBE GmbH Safety+Control, headquartered in Brilon, Germany, was founded in 1973 and has grown into a group with subsidiaries in countries including the United States, Brazil, China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Italy, and Finland. The company designs and manufactures pressure relief devices such as rupture discs and KUB buckling pin reverse bursting discs, alongside explosion safety systems including flameless venting (Q-Rohr), explosion vents (EGV, EDP, MDX, ODV/ODU), and bidirectional explosion isolation (EXKOP, Q-Bic). These systems are applied to silos, dust collectors, pneumatic conveying lines, and other equipment used in food, grain, chemical, and biomass processing, where combustible dust presents an explosion hazard. Products are engineered and manufactured in Germany and are designed to meet the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, EN 14797, and NFPA calculation standards.
