Consistent quality, gentle handling

Gericke designed the GMS Multiflux to reach a high level of homogeneity in a short time while blending fragile powders and micro-ingredients gently.

Two counter-rotating mixing tools, arranged horizontally, create a fluidized bed. This gives rapid radial and axial distribution inside the batch.

The design targets a Froude number of 1.1. At this level, centrifugal forces generate strong mixing action without harsh impact, and mixing cycles complete in just a few minutes.

The 5000-liter model handles up to 4000 liters of usable volume per batch.

Fast cycle times and easy access

The system allows up to sixteen mixing cycles per hour, which supports high throughput while maintaining product consistency.

Cleaning and maintenance stay practical. A cantilevered design and a large swiveling front door give full access to the mixing chamber, so operators can inspect, clean, or change tools with minimal effort.

Flexible tooling for diverse materials

High-speed dispersion tools can be integrated into the front door. They handle viscous liquids, break apart clumped particles, or evenly disperse additives.

The ECD version adds fully extractable rotors: the mixing unit slides out on rails for fast dry cleaning. That helps operations handling allergens, flavors, or batches requiring hygienic validation.
