About this video
Dilute phase conveying carries material in suspension at high gas velocity, and that velocity is what breaks pellets, rounds off granules and wears the bends. Dense phase moves the material slowly in slugs instead, which is gentler but harder to keep stable: the slug has to be kept moving without blocking the line.
This video shows how the manufacturer holds that balance by measuring pressure along the line and correcting the airflow while the system runs.
